CPQHero x Zoom Integration

Documentation and setup guide for the Zoom integration

Add Integration

  1. Log in to your CPQHero account
  2. Navigate to the Integrations page Aside Menu → Integrations
  3. Locate the Zoom section and click Connect
  4. Sign in with your Zoom account credentials
  5. Review and accept the permissions requested
  6. Click Authorize to complete the integration

App Usage

  1. Enable audio transcriptions for cloud recordings. Learn how to enable transcription
  2. Create and launch a Zoom meeting.
  3. Start recording the meeting. Discuss the items you want to include in your quote, along with prices if applicable.
  4. Wait a few minutes for Zoom to process and generate the transcription.
  5. Once you receive an email notifying you that your recording is ready, the meeting will be available on the Meetings page within 5 minutes.

Remove Integration

  1. Access your CPQHero account
  2. Go to the Integrations page Aside Menu → Integrations
  3. Find the Zoom integration section
  4. Click Disconnect to remove the integration
  5. Confirm the disconnection when prompted
